Privacy notice

This short notice covers the early-access form on our home page and the cookies this site uses. A full privacy policy for school members will follow before schools other than ours join.

Who we are

MartialQuest is run by MartialQuest LLC, 1301 N Orange Ave, Suite 101, Green Cove Springs, Florida. You can reach us at tim@martialquest.com.

What the early-access form collects

Your name, email address, school name, city and state, the disciplines you teach, roughly how many students you have, whether you use GymDesk, and anything you choose to add in the message box. To stop automated spam we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address; it can't be turned back into the address itself.

How we use it

Only to contact you about early access to MartialQuest and to plan which schools to onboard. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Our site runs on servers rented from Linode (Akamai) in the United States, and our email is sent through Google Workspace. They process the data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in touch about early access. If your school doesn't join, we delete your request within 12 months of our last contact.

Your choices

Email tim@martialquest.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us, and we'll do it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
